Our rates are designed to be transparent and of fair market value, reflecting the comprehensive care, certifications, and expertise we offer. You will also be provided with a “Good Faith Estimate” before the first session. Below is an overview of our standard rates and fees:

Sliding Scale Fees
We understand that financial situations vary, and we offer a limited number of sliding scale fee slots based on need. Please inquire about availability during your initial consultation.
Adventure therapy may involve activities that may have additional costs. Fees for these activities can vary based on specific requirements, such as equipment rentals, location fees, travel time, liability insurance, and other logistical considerations. We strive to keep these costs at face value and will discuss any additional fees during the planning phase before your session.

Payment Methods
We utilize Ivy Pay which is a HIPAA compliant mobile app that can accept HSA cards and all major credit cards. At this time, we do not accept cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance
We are an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. Upon request, we can provide you with a detailed receipt (super-bill) to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
